At Mahaganpathy Traders, we strive to provide high-quality Raw sticks and cotton products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please review our return and refund policy below.
1. Return Policy Returns are accepted only for damaged, defective, or incorrect products. Return can be applicable for 3 days of receiving the order. To initiate a return, customers must provide: Order details (Invoice/Receipt) Photographic evidence of the defect or damage The product must be returned in its original packaging, unused, and in resalable condition. Returns due to change of mind or personal preference will not be accepted.

2. Replacement can be happen within 4-5 days.

3. Refund Policy Once we receive and inspect the returned item, Refund will be processed and credited within 2-3 business days to the original payment method Shipping charges are non-refundable, except in cases where the return is due to an error on our part. If a refund is approved, customers will receive a confirmation email with the refund details.
